ORIENTAL MASTER CHEFS
Dim Sum, an assortment of bite size Chinese dumplings
stuffed with savory meats and fish,
served with different Hot and sweet sauces.
MuShu, exotic Chinese vegetables and spices Stir-fried
with your choice of pork, beef or chicken.
Served on warm Chinese pancakes.

TOLUCA TORTILLAS BAR
The Chef will serve mesquite roasted spicy meat and
fish mixtures into warm tortillas.
Unusual ingredients such as baby artichokes hearts,
roasted peppers and scallion salad are
served with traditional accompaniments.

BUFFET ALLA ITALIANO
An antipasto salad display accompanies
our pasta chef cooking fresh pasta to order.

THE BAYOU BUFFET
An assortment of traditional Cajun and Creole
dishes are offered; Crawfish & Shrimp Etuoufee,
chicken or seafood Jambalaya and gumbo.

SUSHI BAR
Our Japanese sushi chefs offer a wide range of
colorful sushi with traditional condiments.

THE BOMBAY GRILL
Aromatic Tikkas, tandooris, birianis, Indian curries
and breads are served with an assortment of chutneys.

THE OYSTER BAR
Our seafood chef opens to order live oysters and cherrystone
clams in front of a display of fresh steamed shrimp,
mussels, crab and Maine lobster.

THE CARVER
The carving chef will slice to order
your choice of roasted poultry, lamb or beef.

THE BARBEQUE
We offer all styles of barbeques, Texan, Cajun, Argentine
and a New England Clambake.

THE EGG MAN
Will prepare to order your choice of omelettes and crepes.
